Q. I submitted my request, what HAPPENS next?

A. After making a request for proposal, one of the professionals from Spartan Energy Acquisitions will confirm receipt of your request.  In some cases, additional information may be required, which will be detailed in the confirmation of receipt.

Q. how long will it take to receive our offer? 

A. Upon submitting your request for a proposal to purchase or lease your mineral rights, Spartan Energy Acquisitions will provide confirmation of your request.  After receiving all the necessary information needed, Spartan Energy Acquisitions will provide you with a formal offer within 48 hours and walk you through the next steps in the process.  Any questions or concerns that you may have, Spartan will gladly review each of them with you, making sure each one is addressed and resolved to your satisfaction.  If the offer made by Spartan Energy Acquisitions is accepted, we will prepare all necessary closing documents for your review and approval and cover all costs associated with the title ownership verification process.  At Spartan we strive to make this as straightforward and stress free as possible, without any pressure throughout the process.  Upon completion of the title ownership verification process, Spartan Energy Acquisitions prefers to make payment in the form of a bank wire transfer at closing.

Q. Does my acreage have to lie in a specific geographic area or specific oil and gas producing basin?

A. Spartan Energy Acquisitions is acquiring oil and gas assets throughout the United States and would welcome the opportunity to review your mineral rights and acreage regardless of their location.
