We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, improve our communications, improve our Web Properties, analyze usage, troubleshoot problems, and resolve disputes.
We use the information we collect to generally improve the content and layout of the Web Properties, to notify you about updates to the Web Properties, and for our internal review. When you supply us with Personal Information, the information you provide will be added to our database. You may receive periodic communications from us. We cannot make any representations regarding the use or transfer of your Personal Information or other information that we may have in the event of our bankruptcy, reorganization, insolvency, receivership, or an assignment for the benefit of creditors, and you expressly agree and consent to the use and/or transfer of your Personal Information or other information in connection with a sale or transfer of some or all of our assets in any of the above described proceedings. Furthermore, we cannot and will not be responsible for any breach of security by any third parties or for any actions of any third parties that receive any of the information that is disclosed to us.
We do not provide contact information to third party marketers without your permission. We share your information with third parties only in limited circumstances where we believe such sharing is (1) reasonably necessary to offer our services, (2) legally required or, (3) permitted by you.

The Web Properties may now or in the future include links to websites not operated by Spartan Energy Acquisition LLC (“Third Party Sites”). Spartan Energy Acquisition LLC is not responsible for and does not control the views expressed by, the content provided by, or the privacy practices exercised by any Third Party Site. We are also not responsible for the privacy practices of any Third Party Site. We encourage you review the individual privacy policies of any Third Party Site to learn more about how they collect and use personally identifiable information before submitting any personal information. Such Third Party Sites do not have access to any personal information or data you provide to us within the Web Properties. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by us or by one of our service providers on our behalf.

If you are visiting us from the European Union, please note that we may collect, transfer, and continue to use your Personal Information outside the European Union for any of the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents who provide certain personally identifiable information in connection with obtaining products or services for personal, family, or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us (once a calendar year) information about the customer information we shared (if any) with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g., requests made in 2017 will receive information regarding 2016 sharing activities, if any). Governing Law
This privacy policy is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its choice of law rule and without regard to the location of any user. By using or accessing the Web Properties, you agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to your use of the Web Properties or this Privacy Policy will be filed only in the state or federal courts in the State of Colorado, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action.
Changes To This Privacy Policy
From time to time, we may use the information you provide us for new, unanticipated uses not previously addressed in our Privacy Policy. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes on the privacy page of the Web Properties to notify you of these changes.
